Privacy policy
Last Updated: 29.08.2026
This Privacy Policy applies to Quollix-operated public services, including the website and public App Store.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies when you visit the website, browse documentation, or access public service endpoints. This Privacy Policy does not apply to independently operated Quollix installations, third-party apps, or services operated by other providers. The public services are operated by the Quollix maintainer.
2. Technical Processing
When you access the public services, technical data is processed to deliver the requested content and protect the services from abuse. IP addresses may be processed for request handling, rate limiting, abuse prevention, and persistent access logs.
Persistent access logs may contain:
- Date and time of access
- Visitor IP address
- Requested pages or resources
- Referrer information
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Technical request metadata
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating secure and stable public services).
3. App Maintainer Accounts
If you request or use an App maintainer account for the public App Store, Quollix processes the information you provide for account creation and account administration. This may include your App maintainer name, email address, public key, and related communication.
Quollix may use the stored email address to send non-marketing service emails related to the account and the public App Store.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where processing is necessary for the requested App maintainer account, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR where processing is necessary for operating and protecting the public App Store.
4. Cookies
The public services do not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising purposes.
5. Hosting
The public services are hosted by a service provider located in Germany. Personal data may be processed on servers operated by the hosting provider for the purpose of delivering the public services.
6. Rights and Contact
Under applicable data protection law, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and objection.
Requests can only be handled where relevant data can be identified. The Quollix maintainer is not required to collect or retain additional data only to identify visitors later.
Requests may be submitted through the feedback page.
