Public Services Terms
Last Updated: 19.06.2026
These Public Services Terms (“Terms”) govern access to the publicly available Quollix website and Quollix-operated public services, including the public app store.
By using these public services, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms do not govern use, copying, modification, or distribution of the Quollix open source software itself. Use of the software is governed by its open source license.
1. Provider and Contact
The public services are operated by the Quollix maintainers (“Maintainer”).
Legal and policy requests may be submitted through the feedback page.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the public services in violation of applicable laws.
- Interfere with the security, stability, or proper operation of the public services.
- Attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, or other technical safeguards.
3. App Store Catalog
The public app store may provide information, metadata, and downloadable references for apps that can be used with Quollix.
Apps listed in the app store may be provided by third parties and may be subject to their own licenses, terms, and privacy practices. The Maintainer does not guarantee that app metadata is complete, current, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose.
4. Availability
The Maintainer strives to ensure availability of the public services but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Maintainer shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the public services.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded by law, including intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
7. Changes
These Terms may be updated to reflect legal or operational changes. The version published on this website applies when you access the public services.
